Holiday impressions

This year we had planned a two week holiday in the Netherlands. We decided not to go to far away to make sure we could bring our bikes and because we will leave to Greece in autumn.
Here are some pictures of our holidays. Enjoy!

When arriving somewhere one of the first things you have to do is going to a supermarket. This is what we did an all the kids wanted to give a helping hand.

We had rented a holiday house near a lake and the kids loved it.

Even Malte loved it - what else!

Hilde was totally into the sandcastles!

Don´t touch me!

We were very happy to have the chance to go to Warner Brothers Movie World with the girls. Remcos parents came to visit us for two days so we could leave Malte behind at our holiday home.
Here we sit in our very first attraction a Wildwasserbahn - don´t ask me what that is in english!

Hilde had a very good time.

Remco hadn´t! His spot - the one on the right side - was the worst one as you can see!

Me and Hilde in a small rollercoaster while Remco and Lotte were queueing for a bigger one.

She seemed to be very excited!

This shot isn´t the best one.

Remco and Lotte in the bigger rollercoaster. You needed to be 1,20m to get in.

Same demands with this attraction. Hilde had to stay outside!

And these are the flying Dutchmen.

We were also happy to welcome Niels (Remcos brother) and Mariska for a few days. Guess who is entertaining Lotte, Hilde and Malte!

We also spend a day at the zoo. To be honest, this is the only picture taken as it rained whole day!

Next day there still was some "rain water" left. Malte loved it and the girls joined him with the muddy games.

As Eric always says: Only a dirty child had a good day!

Hilde thought she had a good day.

Lotte, too.

And you don´t need to ask about Malte.

Some pictures of one of our bike trips.

Hilde did a great cycling job during the holiday. Before she didn´t want to start up and stop on her own. The first day of our holiday she decided that she now could do it on her own.

Malte enjoyed every single trip. Everywhere there was some "ba". This time on the right side.

Here some "ba" on the left side.

Here some different "ba" on the right side (could be some animal, church, whatever. In any case worth mentioning it).

Happy guy!

There is no picture of Lotte on her bike. She was too fast to catch and she doesn´t want to wait.
